tiny wonderboxes

Recently joined the ATX Hacksrspace and have been dabbling in lasercutters and makerbots! Hopefully I’ll have some nifty electronics projects soon.
And then (for no reason other than legos are cool) there is the lego Laser Shark Space Pirate Shark Ship, and the Space Monkey Pirate Space Dinghy, and the Space Pirate Parrot Ship, and the Rocket Space Pony.
My latest foray into tiny things with lights is a solar-powered future city in a bubble. But that didn’t stop the spider robots. Oh no not the spider robots!
And as I was in the process of making this, I found these tiny little miniscapes I’d made at some point.

My housemate Michelle makes amazing bamboo flutes, so I made her a sweet flute scabbard to carry them around in (it was a birthday present). Some time after that, I found myself in possession of a tenor recorder and no place for it to live, so I had to go and make myself one too… Flute badassery.
