About

I have been exploring creative paths dealing with recontextualization, preservation / memory, and personalization of knowledge and culture.  The environments we inhabit can be more richly experienced through better understanding of phenomena, objects, and lifeforms we encounter.  From an experiential perspective, I seek to inspire curiosity and appreciation not only of the wonder around us, but appreciation of the sciences that better help us understand those wonders.  From an ideological perspective, I am interested in promoting the democratization of knowledge, open science, self-education, STEM & DIY empowerment, and the equalization of access to culture.

I am living in Seattle, WA with my cat, after having been in Austin, TX for many years.
